Deployed a serverless genomic pipeline on GCP Cloud Run containerizing official NCBI BLAST+ 2.17.0. Built Next.js batch-upload workflows enabling researchers to align up to 100 FASTA files in parallel against pre-indexed reference databases. Used IndexedDB browser caches and GCS-based state tokens for stateless process cancellation, and integrated the Google Drive API for large FASTA streaming, Gemini AI for reporting, and Chart.js for interactive species graphs.
